The double creams/pearl are throwing me, I haven't worked with them much yet!

Ah thank you - guess it's the Pearl throwing me off. I had the first 2 correct but I was definitely off on the last 2.

Yeah, it can be especially hard to tell on AC imports. A general rule of thumb is that the cream/pearl mixes are more yellow-ish or kind of "buttery" compared to the double creams.
