I did put the main rules and regulations in the first post I replied in this thread, and that said I promise I will either buy OR make a counter offer on EVERY horse (even if its $20,000). I basically am just promising everybody that I will atleast make an offer on their horse so nobody feels left out (otherwise I'm not sure what else I should do to help make everybody feel included). Hope that makes sense! I will also do $350,000 for Little L Pepper, you can put him up for offers!

I must've gotten everybody confusing when I promised I would give everybody an offer on every horse - I was just doing it in a joking matter, but sometimes I don't come off that exact way to some. Hope you can understand that .
