Tutorial Help

Hey, guys! So, obviously, I'm super new to the game and I think I'm stuck on the Tutorial. It's still saying to complete level 2 of the "basic horse ownership I" course so I can own a third horse and I've already gotten a gold star by ownership 1. am i crazy or missing something?
any help is appreciated!

Completing ownership one will give you a gold star, and then completing onsership two will give you another gold star. If there isn't a startt butoon to press you should just reload the page.
Horse sense is the thing a horse has which keeps it from betting on people.
