She's not purebred, however if you keep breeding her line to purebred ISH a few generations then you'll eventually get purebred ISH. She's also got great show jumping lines so you could get really nice competitors from her.

However, if you want something purebred, you should find a few Thoroughbred mares and breed them to an Irish Draught stud (they would both have to have a good ISH evaluation). If you're lucky, the foals will be purebred ISH. That's how I started my ISH line
