Update for the club:
Gabby's taking a year long break and won't be online at all during that duration from what I understand. That's a small issue as they're the maker of this club and so the main post with the member list and the target breed post are no longer able to be updated.
1. We continue using this form for the club. We wouldn't be able to edit a member list unless someone reposts it (which might get lost in the messages) and we wouldn't be able to edit the breed post, but that's not overly important as long as we know what we're doing.
2. We make a new post via an active member. This would allow for revamping of roles and rules if needed as well as allow for things to be edited as long as the author is relatively active.
3. Edited to add that I can also make it a vote for the other members instead if you'd prefer.
I'm also asking if either of you would like to take a more active administrative role in the community or if you'd like to appoint someone else to do so. For this I mean deciding on the breeds to be bred, fundraising, figuring out buyers for the horses, making contests, etc. I'd be happy to step up if needed on that; I did fill out a leadership form but it never got confirmed; I suspect it got lost in the messages and since it takes a leader to confirm or deny it, I'm bringing it up in this ping to the leaders.
I'm going to go through and ping the members as well by tier in order to gauge their activity level and interest in the club. I believe Gabby was intending to do this but didn't have time to before their break. This is to confirm interest in continued memberships as well as to see how everyone's doing on their individual projects. I'll wait to do that until a few days after this message or until after you've both replied depending on what comes first.

I'd be willing to make a new post, certainly. We're currently noted to be doing North Swedish Horses, but I consider that breed to be done and would say that we're on Latvian Harness Horses. After that we'll need a new breed, though! It could be fun to do a contest with trained club horses as prizes. I thought that it'd be a good way to get rid of whatever Latvians we end up producing since I won't be keeping any myself and it'd encourage other players to possibly mess around with the breed. We don't have any born as of yet though.
Another simple contest could be a Vote for the RBRC's next rare breed one where we take the community's suggestions and have them choose one; it might be a good way to quickly find buyers for them as well as a good way to get other players interested in the club.

A big thing to know is that we're possibly moving to a new form since Gabby, the maker of this one, is taking a year long break and doesn't think they'll be online during that time. All of the main posts of this topic have therefore been locked to us, hence the move.
If you have any comments or suggestions for that form, that'd be very appreciated. I'll probably be the one making it. You can suggest alterations to the roles within the club, club activities, etc. This can be anything from altering responsibilities of a role to changing or adding to the color scheme (which is this light orange as well as black, white, and possibly red as far as I can tell).
We're also almost done with Latvians (hopefully) so go ahead and make some suggestions for the next breeds for the club to make. You can suggest as many breeds as you want, they just have to have a lower population than 500 within the game. We'll save horses with less than 100 in the game for our Challenged Breeders, so anything up to 500 (up to 599 even) is a welcome suggestion.
I'm pretty sure I got everyone. If I missed someone or noted an incorrect role then let me know; I'm referencing the main post and I've also skimmed through most of the pages, but something still could be incorrect.
I'll wait a week to get your feedback before making the new topic; it'll be scheduled to be made on March 8th assuming I can be online on that day. That should hopefully give a good amount of time for the less active players to respond.

Are you still working on Anglo-Arabians? How is that going? Is there anything the club can do to help with them? I noticed that they make many other breeds. If we end up working on a breed that they make, would you be willing to sell some to us? Also, if we end up making any Anglo-Arabians, would you be interested in them?

How are your projects going? You're breeding Gotlands and Koniks, right? And you also have some North Swedish Horses and Doles going it looks like. Is there anything the club can do to assist with that? If the club ends up making any Gotlands or Koniks then would you be interested in taking them? You've noted that you're working on Austrian Warmbloods. How're those going so far? Is there anything the club can do to help with that? That's a pretty rare breed so there's a chance that the club might make it a focus in the future. Checking up on the Challenged Breeder part.
