owner search at market suggestion
this may have been suggested already, maybe either when searching for horses for sale to put a owner search because you may want to see if someone you like to buy horses from has any for sale, or when you go to someones farm have a filter thing to see if that user has any horses for sale or stud. i apologize if that was confusing or has been suggested already.

It has been suggested, but it's nice to see some of these things return from time to time. 
If you check the user's farm, often, many of us, will have 'Sale Pen'... sale pasture, sale barn... etc. Though some of us go through turns really quick and the sale horses can get out of hand... ehem... we loose sight of our sale barns
It never hurts to ask if a particular horse in a particular 'sale' pasture is available.
Most of us even don't mind outright asking if any horse is for sale. Outside of those in pens marked 'Not For Sale'... or with owner notes of that.
Anyway... Vote For!

Another alternative that you can do right now is check if the player has any specific brands. If they do then you can go to the market and put it in the Horse Name section; if there's any horses with that brand for sale then they'll pop up.
For instance, searching [E] (my brand) will show any horses that're up for sale by me or else were bred/acquired by me and sold to someone else who is now selling them once more.
It'd definitely be nice to have a filter to either show or hide specific player sales, though. It can get rough if there's 10-20 horses up by one person that you're not interested in and can't filter out.
