Training and Fatigue

Post by Nate »

How much fatigue have you found is acceptable to keep your horses learning well? If I train mine hard every day they get up to 93% fatigue and hold steady! The gains between training with low fatigue and training with high fatigue are really different as well, and I don't currently have the patience to sit down and gather data to find out the optimum level of fatigue to train at. Hopefully the trainer's evaluations for specific disciplines will provide some guidance on where to focus your attention for each individual horse according to its training and what you want to train it for, but until then we're on our own.
Signature? I don't need no stinkin' signature! Everybody knows who I am already!

I wasn't focusing on fatigue for my training tests, but now I want to take a look at how that works...

EDIT: How did you get your horses up to 90%? I can get them over 60%. And I found that it takes 6 or 7 turns to bring fatigue back down to 0% from 50%
