I'm sorry I'm not quite clear on whether you're saying the training info can be erased or if you're saying that's the information you want to keep.
If you're wanting to hang on to that information, I'd suggest starting a training log of your own. You could have the links of the horses you train and all the information you want to keep. I'd be happy to keep the name of the trainer in the notes (although personally when I train for someone else I see no reason to be credited), but I really don't want a whole list of notes that aren't useful to me.
