Mystery Color Spanish-Normans

I had originally assumed these colors where champagne but now im not so sure.

Champagne horses will always have freckles on their noses and around their eyes. So if there's no freckles, then there will be no champagne.

You're dealing with cream genes. :)
The first is double cream on black.
The second, another double cream on black, this one with roan.
The third is double cream on chestnut and he also looks like he might be sporting roan.
