I feel like a feature like this would be super easy to abuse, as many of us have at least two accounts.
There are already super easy ways to get turns (either grinding or waiting) so I doubt this would add anything- wait time can be cut down by as much as 75% already, and an account upgrade is easily sustainable.
It wouldn't add anything of substance, would disproportionately benefit players with a large number of accounts (then encouraging players to do things like make more accounts than allowed without permission), and would probably do more harm than good, unless there were very strict limitations on it.
