Why you want to join: I was just scrolling through the forum and happened upon this. I breed my connemaras to be competitive show jumpers and thought this would be fun to enhance the experience of competitive breeding.

Weekly Updates
Welcome to the CBA weekly updates
Latest Club News
We finally reached 200 in our registry with islandhill’s ~IHF~ Sweet Nothing being registered as #200! Thank you to everyone who has registered a horse so far, I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) that our club has the largest registry on HWO!
Unfortunately, we did not have enough entries in our fair, but ribbons might still be given out to those who did enter. Thank you Malakai10 and Eagle for your participation
We are currently trying to breed our club mascot! We are currently on the third generation and Stallion A has already been born, who will be the sire of our mascot! It is now certain that the mascot will be a grade (which doesn’t matter) and will most likely have a tiger eye, gold intelligence, possibly leopard, and most likely black based. The mascot will be born soon and when he or she arrives, we will have a naming contest!
Question of the Week
What is your favorite horse color(s)?
Reply below (you don’t have to ping me) with your answer!
Personally, I love blue roans and flaxen liver chestnuts.
Last week's responses
Thanks to everyone who answered last week’s QOW, we love hearing from you!
What are your current breeding goals?
my breeding goal is to breed a top racing tb with at least 65 speed

Goals
Sprint racers:
My current breeding goals are to get green speed in my Shetlands (they're being stubborn), get a horse from my grinder line to race under 2:00, and figure out what on earth my Baladis think they're trying to do

Uh, I guess I'm just following what my brain tells me makes sense? I'm literally just trying to breed as high conformation, HGP, and gold stats as I can. I am mainly using Arabians, but I am throwing some other breeds into the mix. Once I am satisfied with how high I get with the stat-raising, I'll breed out other breeds as best as I can. I just don't have a ton of time for this at the moment because of school.

Re: The Competitive Breeders Association
I think my favorite base coat has to be seal brown. I'm planning on breeding Seal Brown tobianos in the Steeple Shets, and I shall cherish them.

Maybe I will disappoint you in some way, but believe me when I say I'm sorry, I'm trying to be a better person, please understand I'm still growing out of this dark place I've been in.

Question of the week:
My favorite color horse is probably a dark bay with dapples. I'm not sure why, but I just think it is so beautiful!

Why you want to join: i would like to be involved with other players here and who share the same goals as me, this encourages me as well as others to do the best of their ability. Also, i had just recently gotten into Belgian breeding after my spell with Thoroughbreds and breeding and champing them are very nice and seemingly easier to do
