Okay, so. First things first, mohawk is recessive. It can hide basically forever. It seems you've got an almost-forever case going on here.

Here are your girl's ancestors that have mohawk:

AC Prze mare # 1. She's 44 generations back through your girl's dam-line. (Follow the mares all the way until you get to the Junction x Sienna Casanova cross, then click Junction and follow his dam-line.)

AC Prze mare # 2. She's 50 generations back through the dam-line. (Follow mares until you get to Frodo x Just around the corner then go Frodo -> Holiday -> Z Bombina -> Silver Bombzway -> Silver bombshell (Or Bombzaway, she's in both) -> TNT Allie -> Top Nugget.) She's also in there through this horse. Her granddaughter, TNT Allie is in the pedigree at least twenty-eight times. (Very far back.) The vast majority of these instances were through this horse whose pedigree I stopped looking at after like an hour because it was all the same horses.

AC Prze stallion # 1, 52 gens back on the dam side. (He's in there at least three times through multiple horses.) Also through Frodo.

AC Prze mare #3, 50-some generations back on the dam side. Also through Frodo.

All four of the above horses went through Junction.
