Negative effect on horses kept by themselves
Precisely what the title says - horses kept by themselves are effected negatively. Perhaps a decreased performance in shows, more likely to get sick, perhaps breaks fences of pastures or doors in stalls so that has to be replaced? Or, if the mare is pregnant, the foal could be aborted.

Re: Negative effect on horses kept by themselves
For me it would be too much to have to worry about that. I like to relax while playing. idk
irl we bought two donkeys to keep our two horses company for when the older one passes away.

Re: Negative effect on horses kept by themselves
Studies can offer a lot of eye-opening insights. I would also assume that certain breeds react differently to being alone, some responding very poorly or others really not caring at all. I knew of a thoroughbred mare that actually preferred being pastured completely alone. She'd pick fights with any horse offered as a companion. It did make rotating horses into and out of available pastures a bit more difficult; considering there was many more head than pastures available.
Personally, I'm not interested in this being added to the game. Yes, this is probably something that in real life we must concern ourselves over, however... this is a game, why include a stress like this in a game that's really meant to be fun. I like reality to games that are supposed to mimic reality, but certain things there is just no need to include. In my opinion, this would be one of them.
However, that being said... it is an interesting suggestion.

I like it! It helps in my opinion bring out more of the realistic side of the game. This game is highly realistic, and the extra touch would be cool to me.Malakai10 wrote:Precisely what the title says - horses kept by themselves are effected negatively.
