My Shetland is only 96% Shetland, can I breed her and get the right results?
Hi, my Shetland is 96% her breed, but I want to breed her to create a new breed. Can I do this and get the right foal breed result as a 100% Shetland mare would?

If you were to read our help section, under help guides, the How To forum has a topic labeled 'Extensive User Guide' written by SeinaMacabre.barley wrote:Hi, my Shetland is 96% her breed, but I want to breed her to create a new breed. In it there's a section labeled: 'Breeding, Creating New Breed'
The quote is as follows:
'You can adjust your horse by breeding it with more suitable horses - you don't need to have purebred horse if recipe states for example only "Arabian". You can use Half Arabian or Part Arabian, but it can't be for example Half Arabian x Baladi.'
