is this still not added yet? im just wondering if i should max it out or not yet

I haven't heard of this being used so I don't think it's in the game yet. I would work on making your other stuff first, but get a second opinion

Yes. Not yet added, will be changed (admin hasn't let us know to what yet). Finish all other courses first.

When it comes, those that have it maxed shouldn't receive a penalty with it (i.e. getting it completely deleted for something else). However... it's still entirely unknown.
