Well, if you want the honest answer:
His confo isn't good. Neither is his breeder's report.
He doesn't specialize in any competitions, I see you tried him in lots.
His breed isn't good for dressage
His lines aren't pretty

But he's trained.

So I guess i'll bump it up to 250.
