Is there a way to sell or send tack to another player?

I have an old account with a bunch of tack, but I wanted to restart on this new account. Is there anyway to get the tack off my old account onto this new one?

Not currently.
The only available option is to sell it back to the store, for a rather disheartening amount (something like 15% of the original purchase price).

In the future, this is a planned feature, in some way.
