Hi. I've only been a member of this site for 3 days. I've searched but could not find an answer to this question....
Do the breeds available in the adoption centre ever change?

Nope, I don't believe they do.

They are always the same, you can create other breeds by breeding adoption centre horses.

As Neon said they do not change but you can make new breeds from them.

I've been playing almost a year and I'm just starting to try to make a new breed as I was not able to before
