is it even worth to train?

Post by Gela98 »

is it worth to train horses early game?
i mean... really early game. I play less than a week and I do not have many trainings skills done.

I did train one horse to have 90+ % but it took really long in game time ( around 5 years? I think)
sometimes I didnt had time for more than one local show because all my time got burned with trianings.

lets take this horse for example, her speed isn't maxed. but now it t gives 0,16% speed for 30 min and cost 5% energy I could burn all my day training this horse and do not get any money because I wouldn't have time for local shows...

should I just focus on locals and doing courses? maybe saving for pasture etc?

Sometimes it is worth it to train horses when they're first born

Once you finish more training courses, it'll help make the length of time training shorter and if you use certain ways of training. Here are some training guides that might help you a bit

In your case, it might be more worth it, to NOT train horses right now.

We have programs (run by other players) that offer a grinder for free for newbies. This will be a fully trained horse that can earn you monies in local shows.
Otherwise, just play the game. Instead of training. If you get into playing the game more often, then take a dive into the training aspects. Until then, player, skills in owning horses and especially competition management.

In your case, you could probably earn more bread & butter monies in competition management (if you're careful) then you could in selling the horses you breed or using competition horses, providing services, etc.

Use the following guide to help you understand how to use them to make money.

Please also understand that making entry fees too high with added pots too low, won't fill up at all. They'll just sit there, possibly forever.

Yes as the others said it is not really worth training this early in the game. I have almost been playing a year and I still don't train yet.
You can go on the market and almost always find a fully trained or close to fully trained anywhere from 25-100k. +I know that seems like a lot)

If you would like I can give you a few of my trained horses on my side account. :D
