Looking for Barrel Racers

I'm looking for stallions/colts for sale that are good for barrel racing. Would be willing to consider mares or fillies as well, but I'd prefer males.

Needed:
45-50+ Agility, gold
40+ Speed, green or gold preferred
25+ Balance
Intelligence, gold

If he has a WPS of 85%-90% I'll be willing to pay a good deal for him.
I'm not at all particular as to whether he's purebred, mixed breed or a Grade
