The guy you linked only has 42 speed. So while he's... decent in terms of comments, his confo is really lacking.
Impressive: 46 speed, green comment. I'd say toss, personally.
Trigger: 54 speed, gold comment. Keeper. She's not a 50/50 cross though, so you might not be able to get an AA out of her.
Darling: 55 speed, gold comment. Keeper. Same problems as with Trigger.
Strawberry: 50 speed, green comment. I'm iffy about her.
To clarify, for an AA, you need a 100% TB mixed with a 50/50 Arab/TB cross. You may not be able to get AAs out of the two mares you have with decent speed, but you could probably try with Strawberry.
