Baby Trials
Black Oak Farms also hosts revolving Baby Trials for testing those all-so-important show stock and high-quality breeding stock. Always at level 1, set at 5 entry fee and offered to all baby breeds from 1 to 3 years. The new set will be posted shortly after the previous set runs (or the next time I sign in).
Find Currently Hosted Post Information here.
I use the following sets.

Edit: Please note that these trials are on hold for the time being. I have a lot of projects for springtime and find my online time limited at best.
Check out the new schedule and set on the currently hosted page here.

When entering, remember that certain competitions allow multiple entries and some do not. All but one Baby Trials English set allows multiple entries, that is Saddleseat. Western set, only Western Pleasure Does Not allow multiple entries. Driven/Racing set, there's only three that allow multiple entries, they are Driven Dressage, Marathon Driving and Obstacle Driving. I've marked the ones that DO NOT ALLOW multiple entries in red.

See next post below for the section to offer further insight into determining how likely your foal may perform well in events. This information has been compiled using competition scores and should offer insight into how an 'average' horse may perform from base baby standards (nominally untrained). As the game progresses and bloodlines get better or worse, the below data may change, quite drastically. However, since it has been noted that top and bottom limits for HGP are active, this data may still offer a base determination for what an 'average' horse should perform.

Other Information
I have written and posted a couple studies on color genes.
A Study in Dappling: the Silver Gene
A Study in Dilution: the Dun Gene
List of over 25 found here.

Hey! Do you offer boarding services? I have a couple of horses that I'm training, although I don't want my others horses to age. If you don't offer boarding, no sweat. If you do, we can organize a price and some dates. Thank you!

So sorry, I do not.
As a breeding stable, I'm usually ultra-tight on room, specifically age-freeze room.

In fact, I dumped four old projects I was saving for the white-genes release, just to give myself more room. -_-

I had responded to a reply that has since been deleted.

Plus, I have no understanding of how that can be taken as rude.

So, you'll have to explain that one to me.

ambreona24bu was the one that I was replying to, and then deleted their own comment by the time I posted.

And in my reply that requested the HWO rules are minded, the language itself is not 'yelling'. Just factual. Just like now.

Also, your comment here and your last comment before, neither can really be defined as mean (unkind, spiteful, or unfair). You are stating your opinion. You simply missed the reply I was commenting back to, at least, I assume you did.

I also assume you know ambreona24bu offline, or otherwise online have made friends with them. I was not attacking them in any way. I was only enlightening them to HWO rules, in this case, they had missed that one. If you want a brush up on rules on HWO, for your own insight, you can find the official forum rules here.

I also recommend swinging by the Community Reminders as well, they can be found in my quicklinks. But both are entirely up to you.

The specific, offical rule about spamming is around here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it currently. It's likely in the help guides section and posted by one of our admins.

If the off-topic posts bother you, you can have admin clean it up. But keep in mind, they are a bit busy. :D The more we request them to handle, the less time they have to contributing to the actual game.
Just report any of the replies you want cleaned up, mark it as the 'isn't otherwise specified' option and make a note in the box that it's a topic cleanup.
Eventually, when they have some extra time, they'll cruise through and delete the posts.

Just an FYI for you.
