The first horse is indeed Black, though it is worth watching her for a cream gene. A lot of black NABs will hide cream.
The second horse is Sooty Flaxen Gold Champagne (chestnut + champagne + flaxen + sooty). He also has some pangare further lightening his lower legs. Amber champagne would be on a bay base - we know this horse is chestnut based because of the lack of any dark points on the lower legs combined with the bright mane and tail. If he had dark points I'd say the mane and tail could be caused by silver but without the dark points it is clear their shade is caused by flaxen. It will be worth keeping an eye on this horse to see if he changes color when his mane grows or when he reaches 10 years old. His mane and tail shade are just "off" enough that I would suspect that he might be a glitch.
