Editing Farm Information

If your account is registered as over 13, can you always change your Farm information? And if you have an account registered as under 13, will it be any different?

If your account is registered as over 13, can you always change your Farm information? And if you have an account registered as under 13, will it be any different?

Please always be honest with your age. The laws are in place to protect those that cannot or may not understand how to protect themselves.

Those under COPPA are not able to change or type into the following things, but I may not have all of them listed:
Horse Names
Owner Notes
Forum
Chat (blocked access)
Farm Notes
P.M.'s (if memory serves, they can't even read any recieved)
Sales Ads
Stud Ads

I'm unsure, but it's highly likely that COPPA players are also restricted from changing barn and pasture names and notes as well. But, like the horse names, maybe they have access to a certain selection of auto-names? It's not something I've had the curiosity to ask, nor do I have any second-hand knowledge of it. But I do assume it's true.

So, those 13 and over can access any area of the game and can post, talk-to and change any area that admin has allowed us to (chat, owner notes, horse names, forums, farm page, pasture and barn names and notes, PM's).

Those under 13 and living in countries that have laws like COPPA, will automatically be put under these laws. It's a simple process to lift though.

Likewise, COPPA-style restrictions can be applied to any account at any time by admin only. So, it's extremely easy to lift and extremely easy to apply.
In fact, admin will lift COPPA if an account 'ages out', but may require notification or proof.
