So a package is basically a group of horses you can get together.I will be using the wheel of names( https://wheelofnames.com/ ),you can get 3 mores spins to the wheel if you don't like the horses.Here are the packs.

Packs

Pack 1
Most Expensive
2 Trained mohawks and 2 60 speed or higher mohawks
Cost=3 Million

Pack 2
Less expensive than Pack 1
1 Trained Mohawk and 3 58/59 speed Mohawks
Cost=1,750,000

Pack 3
Not to bad
4 59 or higher speed Mohawks ***UNTRAINED***
Cost=1 Million

Pack 4
Kinda affordable
4 56,57,58 speed Mohawks
Cost=700k

Pack 5
Affordable
4 53,54,55 speed Mohawks
Cost=500k

and finally...
Pack 6
Very affordable
One random Mohawk
Cost=100k per horse
