Made this small so that this reply isn't huge. I reread this and noticed that you said you'd assign people to others, which I somehow missed. Edited this post to clarify what I can do for whoever I'm assigned to. Hopefully that makes things a little easier for you!

I'm able to gift money. This shouldn't be an issue as long as the amount isn't huge.

I'm able to do horse gifts as well so long as it's not one that I'd have to breed (in the case of any rarer breeds that aren't really on the market). I've struggled with breeding a rare breed before and I'm not eager to do it again. I have Turkmenes, NABs, and Mustangs, as well as a few Mohawk TBs that I can use to breed more with. I have Thoroughbred, Arabian, and Cleveland Bay studs as well as studs for the aforementioned breeds save for the mohawk. I specifically do Metallic Turkmenes, High White NABS, and I'm starting on Pintaloosa Mustangs. Linked are some examples but you can find more on my farm or my secondary account (FrozenKey); I wouldn't be selling these horses, but I'd custom breed them for the person and sell their foals. If the wanted horse is some cross of any of those (Akhal-Tekes, etc.) then I can definitely help out. If it's a Mohawk TB then I can do my best, but it might take a few tries if I can't find a matching stud for a guaranteed Mohawk foal. I can probably get a normal Thoroughbred mare if any normal foals are wanted.

I'm already looking into some of the options that I've seen others post and I can say that I might be able to do things involving Mini TBs, but I can't guarantee it right now. I'll edit this when I know for sure; if I don't get assigned to someone who wants those, then people who do are welcome to ask me about it.

I don't have a premium account so anything involving conformations is beyond me unless someone's willing to help me out if I need it. I can certainly do evaluations if anyone's looking for something with specifically 5 stars.

I can do training, but I'm not sure how quickly I can train at the current moment both in IRL time and horse age. I can definitely train a newborn horse completely before 4 years of age (maybe even before 3), though I'm not sure on the exact age. I think that I could do it in a week IRL? I've never really timed it and my internet's iffy at best sometimes so I can't guarantee anything. As long as the person doesn't mind too much about how long it takes me to train, I can do that.

I'd also be willing to title horses. I could try for Triple Champion titles if the owner wants, otherwise I'd stick to GCh (GCh+, GCh++, TGCh, etc.). I don't know how long that'd take me; it really depends on how much heart the horse has. I've championed a horse with a lot of heart in maybe an hour, while it took me more than a month to do the same with one with little to no heart. Both had full training. I champ based on the horse's temperament and attributes so if there's a target temperament that the horse needs to keep or get to then I'd need to know that.
