The scaling is a way the club is using to define just how close the horse is to club standards, what type of competitive parents the horse comes from and how the BR and scores match up to 'optimum' for competitive standards.
As for heart, it's a general 'guess' of how well the horse handles the competitions he has a record of, based against what his BR says we think he should be able to handle. Like a really strong BR horse with really great scores, we expect to do absolutely glorious in competitions... yet they fail miserably... this could indicate that the horse has no heart or has a failing heart.

Intermittent, in this case, means he won a bunch but also lost (miserably) a bunch. So his heart 'comes and goes'.

Anything else?

Oh, and in the future, club topic's are usually a handy place to go asking questions like these, though not all clubs will allow it, a one-off question is usually forgiven. :D

That is, if you can find the club. -_- In that case, I would suggest follow the breeder back to their farm page and look on the farm page, there is often a club topic linked there.
