Prices are non-negotiable; if you fail to meet the price you bid then the horse will be put back up for auction and you will be banned from bidding. If the horse is not put up for auction when you check, please ping the horse's seller.

You could try it? I'd say it depends on the stats more than the appearance at this point, as mohawks have been going for a little while now. If, for instance, the horse has a title, good HGP, or good heart, I think it could sell.
