So, do you see how on the left of this post there is my avatar? Under that it says my location and when I started. Underneath those two is a button that see visit my farm. Its always going to be there. Once you click it, it takes you to my farm.

How do you find someone else's farm?

In the post, click on their nametag. It will lead you to a profile page. On the left side there will be a button that says "Visit My Farm", in red. That will take you to their farm.
