I entered my horse into a competition, but I transferred the horse to my second account before the judging started. When I checked the competition, it still said I am the owner and rider, even though another account owns the horse now. Does that mean when judging is done and if my horse did well, I'll get any points and prize money the horse earns and not the current owner?

Yes.
The account that enters the horse will get the horse's winnings, if any, and this does appear to include any points earned toward the account total.
