He will likely be a Gold Cream (+1 Cream, +1 Champagne - Cr/n, Ch/n - Cream & Champagne on Chestnut). Wait until 1 year old to tell if he has Tiger Eye or not.
The way I identified it is by following these steps:
First I checked the muzzle, it was freckled. Any horse that has a freckled muzzle has the Champagne gene. I then looked at the previous pictures (good job with keeping those updated, sometimes it can be difficult to tell what colour your horse is if it doesn't have pictures) and saw that the foal was born with a pink muzzle (and pink eye area) as well as blue/grey eyes. That's how I could tell that he also had the Cream gene. So he is +1 Cream +1 Champagne at this point. Cr/n Ch/n.
Finally I took a look at the parents. His sire is a Chestnut Blanket w/ Snowflakes & Varnish. Lp/lp, e/e. The mother, his dam, is a Smoky Cream Champagne. Cr/Cr, Ch/n. +2 Cream, + Champagne.
My guess is correct, because the dam carries Cream and Champagne, and the sire carries Chestnut. Which a Gold Cream is +1 Cream and +1 Champagne on Chestnut.
When he is one year old you'll be able to see if he has Tiger Eye or not.

The foal is Amber Cream - bay + champagne + 1x cream. He also has a single tiger eye gene. The dark mane and tail and silver-ish lower legs as well as the gray-ish shading near the muzzle are indicative of a bay base. The bright amber color of the eye indicate tiger eye. By this age, if he did not have tiger eye it would be shaded a much darker brown.

Here is a gold cream foal for comparison:

And as an adult:

For clarification - a chestnut horse does not carry chestnut. It is chestnut. There is nothing it can throw except chestnut. Calling a horse a chestnut carrier is the same as calling it black-based at extension. A black-based horse can be a chestnut carrier but isn't always. But in this case the dam is from such a long line of black horses that it is very unlikely she would throw something red-based. The dam also carries a single Tiger Eye. If she didn't her eyes would be bright blue, and if she was homozygous her eyes would be green.

Ah, thank you for the clarification.

I think I mistyped... I meant is Chestnut. My bad. I'm not too familiar with Amber Cream, so the clarification is appreciated.

That's okay, it happens. I apologize for my terse writing - I type in a very "proper" voice that likes to come across as angry when it isn't actually meant that way.

Ahah, it's quite all right. I tend to come across that way, too. Often. It's not a problem. :)

I've been working on colouring when I've got the time, but I still make quite a bit of mistakes with the colours that have combined genes. They can be difficult sometimes.
