Just an update on the breed data progress. I had to make some tricky decisions regarding some variables for the breeds. I've got that all sorted out now and I'm continuing to determine what genes are in which breed categories. I'm about 1/4 done and I believe I should have the rest done tomorrow.
From there it's just a case of referencing breed category genes with which breed categories each breed is in. Then a run through of each breed to verify the genes from parent breeds are within the possible ranges for genes of child breeds. I've already got a comparison spreadsheet setup so that should be pretty simple too.
Then by either friday or more likely the weekend I can upload the spreadsheet to the database.
