Having trouble with Champagne and other things

Post by Paitedcloud »

Again, I need help:

I thought she was sooty, but hey, none of her parents are sooty. Maybe a Dunskin?

Mistress Drama

And this one is a...Perlino?

Fantastic Sherlock

Okay, she is Champagne. That's all I know

Champagne & Paris

I think he has two copies Tiger Eye, and could be a Gold Cream. The other hasn't Tiger Eye, but could be a Gold Cream

Mister CalicoCat

Wear Ivory Gloves

I think this beauty is a Cremello, but I am not 100% sure

Maniac in White Socks

You are correct about Mistress Drama that she is dunskin. The change in colour is due to varnish roan, which will appear on all horses with appaloosa pattern as they get older.

Fantastic Sherlock is indeed perlino, possibly with a little sooty on the back but it isn't all too clear.

Champagne & Paric is amber cream blanket. Champagne + one cream on bay with appaloosa pattern.

Mister CalicoCat is cremello champagne, possibly with dun since the colour is a little more greenish than a normal cremello champagne.

Wear Ivory Gloves is gold cream. Champagne + one cream on chestnut.

Your guess about Maniac in White Socks being cremello is correct.

I think Mistress Drama is just a buckskin. She has no dorsal striping or leg barring. I wouldn't even think sooty. Just a very standard variation of buckskin.
