Good Evening/Night/Morning Everyone!

I recently held a contest to see who had the cutest horse so now I thought it be fun to hold one for it's counter part! Introducing the goofball horse competition!

1st place prize: 2 million dollars
2nd place prize: 1 million dollars
3rd place prize: 500k
Runner up #1: 100k
Runner up #2: 50k

RULES AND REGULATIONS PLEASE READ: Entries will end on January 31st at 2:00 PM Western Time. There are no age limitations for this contest. I am hosting this contest for laughs so, if you happened to not get picked please do not feel bad During this contest I promise to be unbiased and honest. All horses will be examined thoroughly and all my decisions will be thought through thoroughly as well. To keep the contest as fair as possible I will enlist judging help from a family member. If you have any questions feel free to ask! (I'm not sure how many people this contest will rack up, but judging should be done no later than the date stated above; if there are lots of entries judging time might not stay true to what I've stated)(Horses will be put on display so make sure they have a picture )
