Why is there no breed guide book for this breed? and why is there one in the book store that is just labeled as "W"?

I imagine there might be an issue with the umlaut (ü) and the system just ignored everything after the character it couldn't process.
This is just a guess, though.
You could make a bug report here.

Okay, so I should go ahead and buy the book labeled as "W" if I need it?

I don't know any more than you. I was just suspecting that it could be the correct book. The only way to be sure is to make a bug report on the strange book and wait for an admin's answer.
