Skill tree broken?

I have been confused/having trouble with the stat tree.

I'm level 4 and I cannot upgrade it anymore. Do I have to wait until like level 5 or is it broken? It has been like this ever since I became level 4.

It's now working for some reason, thanks!!

This happens to me too. All you have to do is refresh the page and it will come back. It only happens when you have just switched over a level. At least for me. =)
