My own post, my own questions
I post a lot in this forum because I am not familiarized with horse colours. That's why from now on, I will only comment in this post my new questions
His father is a Blue Roan, but mostly throws off foals with blue eyes and pink skin. I guess he has one pearl gene, or am I wrong? Here is the son, and I want to know what colour is he?

Then there is this one, daughter of the stallion I mentioned above. The dark 'ring' near her pink muzzle is what has me confused

None of them are pearl. The father Noble Enigma carries cream, not pearl. 
First horse is Cremello, possibly with Dun. Second is Silver Perlino. And last indeed Gold Cream Roan.
A Gold Cream Pearl or Palomino Pearl Champagne or whatever you want to call it for comparison (he has also leopard/varnish though!):
