Horse Gaining Weight without eating anything???

So this is the horse:

Anyways, this particular horse is in a pasture, says he's only getting 35% of what he needs, so he should be dropping weight like crazy, but...he keeps gaining weight. I've checked my other horses and none of them are acting like this, so my guess is it's just some weird bug. In any case, it would be a big help if I can get it fixed relatively soon

See if putting the horse in the barn with 35% feed and use a few turns works, if it doesn't work, then it's a glitch.

Yeah, he just keeps gaining more weight...not a lot, like 3 pounds or so a turn, but it's making it hard to get an assessment on him
