The adoption center is out. How often does it restock?

It seems something is going wrong. There are a lot of adoption center horses which aren't showing up in the adoption center. I've narrowed down the problem but I'm running out of time this morning to apply the fix. I'll get this sorted out tonight.

I've manually made them show up in the adoption center, but this is still a bug I have to fix tonight.

Also, when new horses are spawned in the adoption center, all of the Adopt links are stacked on top of each other.

Press "scatter" to fix the adopt buttons as a temporary work around. This is on my to-fix list.
