You usually can't definitely tell color until foals are a year old. That being said, I would guess that she's a buckskin with a blanket? Probably as she gets older she'll darken.

With some experience you can identify most of the foals too. ;)

Yes, Rock me is Buckskin (Bay+Cream) with Blanket.
