Looking for Arab broodmares!!!

Hi, I’m looking for good, Arab broodmares! My requirements are listed below:
Must be at least [+3] Arab
Must be less than 10 years old
Must have gold balance, agility and speed
Must be a mare Or filly
No reds!!!
Will pay up to 20k per horse
Must be horse type light, or horse type very light

A list of things that would raise the price:
If [+20] or more, will pay +5k
If has a gold speed comment will pay +100k
If in the 12-15 hh range will pay +5k
If tiger I will pay +2k
If carrying tobino gene, will pay +8k
If black will pay +10k
If exactly 4 years old, will pat +7k

If a horse meets every requirement and price-raiser, I will pay up to 300k
