Quest: Breed a 10,000 HGP Foal

Has anyone been able to finish this quest yet? As a side project I am trying to reach that low GP with a line of horses and I was just wondering if anyone else is trying to as well.

I have contemplated it but I have not really made any effort further than thinking about it

If I ever get a good line of low GP horses I think I may keep a few to breed and sell for others to complete the quest. But it may take some time yet since I've just started the project.
