Champions
So my favorite guy got Champion in Sprint Racing today at age 10.
Keen's Oil Slick

My question is: How many levels are there (Champion, Grand Champion, etc) and how difficult is it to attain them?
I assume it goes by points accumulated? If so, how many do you need for each level?
I'm sure it's not really much of an accomplishment for him to get to Champion, but he is my favorite and I am proud. He is my first Champion.

Re: Champions

Champion...............................200 points............Brown ribbon
Grand Champion........................700 points............Magenta/Orchid/Pink/Violet* ribbon
Master Champion.......................1,500 points............Green ribbon
Master Grand Champion................3,000 points............Yellow ribbon
Supreme Champion.....................5,000 points............White ribbon
Supreme Grand Champion..............7,000 points............Blue ribbon
Supreme Master Grand Champion......10,000 points............Red ribbon
* An interesting shade of cool pink/reddish-violet/etc., depending on how your system renders the color.
The color sequence is adapted from that used in Canada, where the game is based. (There are seven levels rather than eight, so the Grand Champion color is somewhat different from the conventional.)
Competition Rankings can be sorted by breed, discipline, or gender, so you can look for him under Turkmene, Stallions, and Sprint Racing. And he's there: when I looked this morning, 13th! That's very good; Turkmenes are popular for racing.
This gives you bragging rights. That's a nice stud ad you've made for him; it could help to put Ch., Grand Ch., etc. in the headline too.
A weird thing about the game is that on the horse's Profile page it may continue to say "Turkmene Stud - Keen's Oil Slick has no achievements, ribbons or trophies to display yet" even if he makes it to Supreme Master Grand. For now the "achievements" segment is only set up to display RH (current record holder) and Rh (previous record holder). Setting a record at any level is a combination of (sometimes) good breeding -- (some of us win, or have won, with Foundations), diligence in training, persistence in entering, and luck (the computer uses a little randomness in picking winners).
So congratulations, and good luck and good work in the future!

Re: Champions
Grand Ch. is Pink, not Violet.

Re: Champions
I'm not sure it matters, since we can't see the ribbons anywayArgent wrote:Grand Ch. is Pink, not Violet.
