Limit Adoptions

When/if complex breeds are added to the adoption center, I think it would be best if their adoption was limited. This would encourage players to purchase from each other and stimulate the horse economy. New players should be able to adopt a few complex breeds for relatively cheap, like up to four for 25PT each, since new accounts start with 100PT. After that, basic accounts could be not allowed to adopt complex breeds, or limited to 5 per month for the full price. Upgraded accounts could be limited to 10 per month at the full price.
