Usually it's about farm width. By purchasing more 'land' for your farm, you can move (drag) your pastures and barn toward the right. Use the tab 'Edit My Farm' and go down to the bottom left of that box in the 'Expand My Farm' section.

Sometimes, it's about browser issues. If you've already expanded and still can't move your pastures around, then try a different browser, update your browser, jump on a different system (different pc, phone, pad, etc) and see if there's any change. If it's neither one of these issues, admin might need to give you a hand.

Make sure you wait for the 'saved' popup after each move to ensure that your changes will stick.

Try emptying your entire cache history, cookies, images, everything except saved passwords. And give it another go.
