Buy an untrained horse quest
There is a quest that asks for buying an old, untrained horse - a horse over 20 years old with less than 8% total training. Does exactly 8% work? As far as I am aware, there can't be less than 8% - they are born at 8% and there isn't anything that make them lose their fitness?
I tried to do this quest yesterday, but since the mare I chose was priced at 1$, I fulfilled the quest asking to buy a horse for 1$, so I still don't know if this works or not
