Not really a suggestion, but I thought it would be interesting if when you bred horses together some of their training carried over to the foal? Like maybe if just the mare and stallion were trained the foal would have 2% stamina already trained or something like that. I'm not exactly how to explain that. It could make more sense if there were to be a gene that made horses "Easier" to train, like real life. Or that some horses were harder or easier to train based of breed and temperament. For example a High Strung Mustang would be harder to train then a Bombproof draft horse. So that each horse had a level of difficulty to train. It could be based of genes, breed, temperament etc. Again, this is not really a suggestion. More just voicing my thoughts.

I like the idea. Doesn't really give any overall advantages, just moves certain things along faster. We've had some other ideas of giving a training benefit that makes some horses easier to train. I think it was a Silverine work... or the breakdown work... anyway, carrying some parental training over to the foals is an interesting concept.
I could agree with such a thing.

I also like different degrees of difficulty in training (though I don't like training to begin with! it would end up frustrating me more...still). Another aspect to figure out and maybe breed for could be quite useful.

That's true, I kinda forgot about the training release. It could very well have something a lot like this.
