I just purchased 1600 PT to this account, however because of the "&" in my barn name, (happened once before on my other account), I did not receive any PT. I can provide the order number if needed. Thank you and hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

Could you please forward a copy of your order email to support@wincirclegames.com ? I'm not able to find your order in our system. The order numbers don't go as high as the number you've posted. If I can see a copy of the order email then I can figure out whats going on.

I just resent it from a yahoo email with the heading "PT purchased- not received" I forgot to add that it is for Pintos & Pixie Dust
