Re: Champagne Confusion!
All in Wait - base is red, there's also cream (too light to be straight champagne on red) and roan too.LlamaLlama99 wrote: She defo has champagne in her just what is her base..?

Jasper - again, too light to be straight champagne. Bay base (the silvery leg sheen gives that away), tiger eye, I suspect a mild form of dun, but it's a bit difficult to tell for sure and since I see no silver in the grandparents or parents, this stallion is a triple dilute, two creams on champagne (the silvery mane gives that away).
Beyond the Valley - I think I agree with flaxen, but otherwise, a gold cream, not just a gold champagne and yes, I also agree with sooty dapples and tiger eye. I'm a bit torn, those lower legs make me think bay, but the mane and tail are not silver and they're definitely red. So, considering this, I'd say you might have some plume in there that's shading the flaxen and lower leg areas to make me question that.

Thank you! :) Champagnes can be quite troublesome as a lot of the time they are light and I just can't see what's going on!BlackOak2 wrote:All in Wait - base is red, there's also cream (too light to be straight champagne on red) and roan too.LlamaLlama99 wrote: She defo has champagne in her just what is her base..?

Re: Champagne Confusion!
Indeed! Dilutes are not my favorite either. Singles are fine, but doubles and triples get to be quite a task. Luckily, your's aren't too far in that pseudo-white area, plus there's still something other than a LONG line of pseudo's in the pedigree!LlamaLlama99 wrote:Thank you!BlackOak2 wrote:
