Hi! Recently I purchased a Hanoverian, would they be considered a 'Rare' breed on the game?

No, they are not that rare (some breeds for example Noma Pony, Poney Francais de Selle and Tawleed have less than 10 horses of that breed), but it is true that they aren't that common either (at the moment is 804 Hanoverians in game).
